WAVE is a feast for the senses. Pulsating music blends into the background while guests to ebb and flow between WAVE's sensuous red-accented dining area and sleek bar-lounge, choosing from a myriad of seating selections, such as plush round seating pods, two-seat love stools at the bar and more formal dining tables while enjoying Chef Kristine Subido's playfully exotic new Mediterranean menu. Above it all, a dramatic WAVE of red fabric undulates overhead.

Chef Subido's menu of sharing plates is inspired by the cuisines of the Southern Mediterranean. We encourage you to jump right in and be adventurous, sample a series of different plates and enjoy the playful spice combinations with your dining guests. Better yet, pair our sharing plates with a pitcher of our signature sangrias and make the evening festive. A meal at WAVE is a celebration honoring the adventure of new flavors and the importance of fond friendships, new and old, around a table of wonderful food and drink.
